The text in the volume of up to ten (10) pages (with figures) should be presented in the form ready for the publication: in the Microsoft Word format
Margins: low, upper, right and left ones – 2cm each.
Indention: 1cm. Type: Times New Roman 14, standard (for the References – Times New Roman 14), the space between lines – single. The formulas are set up in the “Equation” or “Math Type”. The word-dividing (hyphen) is not allowed. The pages have no numbers. The references are given in the alphabetical order, the references in the text are given by the numbers in the form [1]. The figures may be only black-and-white.
The paper should include the annotation both in Russian and in English, the volume – not more than 0.25 page.
The papers are sent through e-mail with the enclosed files to the aforesaid addresses.

CONFERENCE GOALS:
- the discussion of urgent problems in the field of the safety, the static and dynamic stability of buildings and structures;
- the discussion of urgent problems in the field of mathematical modelling of the behaviour of unique buildings or structures as well as the discussion of the potentialities of programming packages for the computation and design works with the aforesaid buildings or structures.
MAIN RESEARCH DIRECTIONS
- the oscillation theory for elastic and visco-elastic structural elements;
- the dynamic stability theory for buildings and structures;
- the development of the methods of seismic- and vibration-protection of structures;
- the analysis of the field of application of the numerical methods for the solution of dynamic problems in comparison with the analytic solutions of these problems.
ROUND TABLE DISCUSSIONS
- The theory of design of structural elements and structures (the Filippov’s lectures).
- The statics and the dynamics of space structures, unique buildings or structures. The mathematical modelling, the numerical methods and the programming packages.
OPENING OF THE RESEARCH CENTRE
OF COMPUTER MODELLING ATTACHED TO MSCUCE
The opening of the all-university research centre of computer modelling for unique buildings and structures (RCCM) is timed to the work of the Conference. The main research goals of the RCCM in the field of construction agree with the urgent high-tech problems mentioned at the Research Council Session “ПС in Construction” at the RAAC and at the conferences ”Urgent problems of computer modelling“ (N.-Novgorod, 2007; Perm, 2008).
The RCCM will contribute to the solution of the interconnected problems: the ПС -training of the students with the profile ПС specialities (…) (the academic teaching) and a timely involvement of the students into the research work together with the post-graduates as well as the participation of the university professors in research works (the academic research); the qualified timely performance of the most difficult “high-tech” commercial works in the field of construction.
The RCCM will also work as an expert consulting centre in the process of alternative computations, of construction engineering expertise and ПС –verifications; it can perform the training and skill improvement courses on ПС and other directions.
